We are please to inform you that The 3rd "King's Cup" Thailand Open 2012 has now been upgraded from WDSF International Open to WDSF World Open. Attached herewith are the confirmation letters to your couples from Vietnam. Please note that the Welcome Dinner Reception (WDSF World Open participants only) is on the 3rd August, 2012. Please ensure that you will arrive in Bangkok Airport not later than 3pm so that you have enough time to attend the welcome reception. As our appreciation of your participation, we will also be providing a half day city tour on the 6th August, 2012. Kindly do send us an action photograph and let us have your flight details as soon as possible so that airport transfer will be arrange for you. If you have any other enquiry, please let us know.

1. Hotel accommodation had been book (WDSF World Open Couples Only) for 3 nights on 3^th. 4^th, 5^th Aug, 2012 at Grand Mercure Hotel, No. 1, Fortune Town Bldg, Rachadaphisek Rd, Dindaeng, Bangkok, Thailand 10400. The special room rate is US70/2,200baht per night inclusive of breakfast
2. The venue of the competition is at the Indoor Stadium, Huamark, Bangkok. Transportation will be provided only in the morning from the official hotel to the venue of competition and in the evening after the full competition is over from venue of competition to official hotel on the 4^th & 5^th Aug. 2011
3. The entry fee US$ 60/couple will be collected from you upon your arrival at the hotel lobby registration counter. Numbered Tags and program information pertaining to the above championship will also be given out to you at the registration counter.
4. All competitors must participate in the OPENING CEREMONY on the 4^thAug. 2012 at 6pm. We will be having a live Television Coverage for the 2 days. If you fail to participate in the OPENING CEREMONY, the organizer reserves the right to withdraw the 3 nights free accommodation.
5. Meals will be provided for the 2 days only at the stadium.
6. Welcome Dinner Reception (On boat cruise) 3^th Aug. 2012. Pick up from hotel 5:30pm sharp.
7. The Grand Welcome Dinner tickets (1,200baht) which will be held on the Grand Chaopraya Cruise (Maximum 200 pax) are now available till 28^th July, 2011 for bookings on a first come first basis until all seats are sold out. We have only 28 seats left. Tickets for the competition is also available now for booking at 600baht per day inclusive of 2 meals coupon with drinks.
8. Please proceed to MEETING POINT located at Entrance 3 at Level 2 after collecting your baggage
